F6 means the manual-reset thermal switch is open, possibly due to overheating. Manually reset the switch or contact your service provider for assistance.


No, tub and Aqua Center liner exchanges must be done by a Soft Spa Qualified Tech Center or dealer. Only the lid liner can be replaced by customers.



Test water chemistry after each use, but at least twice weekly. Maintain chlorine at 2-3 ppm, pH at 7.2-7.8, and total alkalinity at 80-120 ppm.


If error F3 appears, ensure sufficient water in the spa and check that the heating circulation pipeline is unobstructed. Power off and restart if needed.


The spa requires a 220/240 Volt 10 Ampere outdoor-qualified electrical socket. Never use extension cords as this may cause safety issues.

The F1 error means the water temperature sensor is disconnected. Check the sensor and its connections, and replace if necessary. If problem persists, contact customer support.
